How does the Case Tracker work?

As a knowledge expert in one or more Slack #channels, you get a daily notification with the outstanding discussions where knowledge was shared.

The default settings are that you receive a reminder at 9am at your time zone. You can also configure the reminder to a different hour or opt-out of reminders for certain channels.
